HOW IF MY ORDER CONSISTS OF PRE-ORDER & READY STOCK PRODUCTS?
In this case, your order will be delivered separate in two parcel. Pre-order stock usually takes 1-2 weeks. And ready stock will be take 2-3days.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept card payment such as debit/credit card (Visa, MasterCard or AMEX) ; Billplz (major domestic online banking service).
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
After your payment is confirm, it takes up to 24 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please CONTACT US immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELED?
If your order was unexpectedly cancelled, chances are that our fraud filter marked your order as fraudulent. If you are certain that that is not true, please order again.
WHAT WILL I GET BACK AFTER RETURNING THE ITEM(S) OR ORDER ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK?
